As a Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
I qualified in 2014 as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, my qualifications include Exercise Referral for Specific Controlled Conditions, Training Outdoors, Circuit Instruction and Indoor Cycling.
Whether you’re training to lose weight or just want to trim and tone, your Specific Programme will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great.
My experiences in fitness include a focus on Core Training. Your'e unique program will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will assist you in reaching your Goal.
Whether you are training for a "couch to 10k" or even a marathon, it all starts with getting your blood pumping. Whatever your planned fitness or event goal is I can create a challenging workout programme to help you reach it.
